A comprehensive 7 week antenatal course starting on the 29th January at the Worcester Warriors Foundation in Worcester. Parking nearby at the King Street Car Park.
Covering all you need to know to prepare for labour, birth, early days with your baby and becoming parents. Facilitated by experienced educators, including midwives, perinatal specialists and breastfeeding support workers, this course is for the pregnant person and partner. Topics covered include:
labour and birth physiology (what happens in labour), coping skills, pain relief, common interventions, making informed choices, birth place choices, postnatal recovery, practical baby care skills, life with a new baby.
