Baby Massage
Come and learn how to massage your baby in one of our beautiful intimate venues.
Our Baby Massage classes also include some gentle stretching, movement and relaxation for you, to aid healing, and ensure that you are not neglecting self-care in the postnatal period.
Classes include time for coffee and chat after.

Baby Yoga
A fun and interactive class for you and your baby.
Baby yoga strengthens parent-baby connection, enhances natural development and joint relaxation.
Baby yoga is a perfect follow on from our baby massage class, though it is not necessary to have attended any previous classes. It is best suited to pre-mobile babies although this will depend on your baby!
Wednesdays 12.3-2pm £52.50
