Nurture Through Touch: Baby Massage Classes

Join us in one of our beautiful, intimate venues to learn the art of baby massage. These sessions are designed to strengthen the bond between you and your little one while providing a peaceful sanctuary for postnatal recovery.

Our classes go beyond baby care. We believe your well-being is just as important, which is why every session includes:

• Gentle Stretching & Movement: Designed specifically for the postnatal body to aid healing.

• Guided Relaxation: A moment for you to breathe and practice essential self-care.

• Social Connection: Every class concludes with dedicated time for coffee, treats, and conversation with other parents.

• Dates: 11th November - 16th December

  • 6th January - 10th February 2027.

• Time: 10:00 am – 11:30 am

• Cost: £60 total, £30 to secure you place (non-refundable if cancelled 2 weeks before start date unless we can fill your place).
