A comprehensive course covering all you need to know to prepare for labour, birth, early days with your baby and becoming parents. Tuesday evenings, from 7-9pm, starting on 21st October through to 2nd December. This course is for the pregnant person and partner.

A comprehensive 7 week antenatal course starting on the 21st October at the Woodpecker.
Covering all you need to know to prepare for labour, birth, early days with your baby and becoming parents. Facilitated by experienced educators, including midwives, perinatal specialists and breastfeeding support workers, this course is for the pregnant person and partner. Topics covered include:
labour and birth physiology (what happens in labour), coping skills, pain relief, common interventions, making informed choices, birth place choices, postnatal recovery, practical baby care skills, life with a new baby.
