The period between your initial booking appointment and your mid-pregnancy scans can often feel like a "gap" in care. It is completely normal to feel a mix of excitement and anxiety as you navigate new emotions, physical changes, and the practicalities of work and family life. Our Early Pregnancy Workshop is designed to bridge that gap, providing a safe space to talk, learn, and prepare for the journey ahead.
Facilitated by our experienced antenatal teachers, this workshop offers you the opportunity to:
Reflect and Connect: Share how your pregnancy has been so far and hear from others in a similar stage.
Navigate Your Care: Learn what to expect from your antenatal care for the remainder of your pregnancy.
Understand Your Choices: Discuss birthplace options and gain confidence in informed decision-making.
Access Support: Discover local services and resources available to support your wellbeing.
Ideal Timing: We recommend attending after your 12 week dating scan and before 24 weeks, though you are welcome at any stage of your pregnancy.
Bonus: All attendees receive a complimentary goody bag and exclusive discounts on our future courses.
This workshop is proudly funded by The Worcester Community Foundation.
To help us continue providing wellbeing services through our charity, we welcome a voluntary donation of £10. However, please note that this is entirely optional; if you are unable to contribute, you are more than welcome to attend for free. Both options are available to choose.
