Specialised Support & Inclusion

  • Yes. All of our facilitators are trained to support neurodivergent families. We aim to create an inclusive environment that respects and adapts to your specific needs.

  • Yes, our wellbeing support is open to everyone regardless of whether you have used our other services. We are here to support the whole family, and you are always welcome to bring your baby along.

  • All of our venues are wheelchair accessible either being on the ground floor or with lift access. If you have any specific queries about access please get in touch and we will do all we can to support you to attend.

  • We generally recommend beginning your classes around the 28th week of pregnancy. Ideally, you should choose a course that concludes at least two weeks before your due date to ensure you have completed the curriculum before your baby arrives.

  • Not at all. Our facilitators provide recaps to ensure you stay up to speed with the rest of the group. Additionally, if your partner is unable to attend a specific session, you are more than welcome to bring a friend or relative in their place.

  • With years of experience in antenatal education, we have found that the essentials of labour, birth, and the transition to parenthood require our full focus before delivery. We believe infant first aid is best approached once your baby has arrived and the information feels more immediate and practical.

  • We do not offer hypnobirthing as a separate course because we believe holistic preparation for parenthood is just as vital as labour preparation. Instead, we integrate key elements of hypnobirthing into our standard classes and offer individualised, private hypnobirthing sessions in the comfort of your own home.
