Postnatal Wellbeing & Support

Parenting and birth can be challenging. Whether you are navigating a difficult birth experience, feeling anxious, or simply need a safe space to talk, we are here to support you.

One-to-One Wellbeing Support

Book a private session with our experienced postnatal specialist, Jo, to discuss any worries or challenges you are experiencing after having a baby.

Tailored to You: Sessions are flexible—you may find one appointment is enough, or you may prefer ongoing support.

Common Areas of Support: Birth trauma, low mood or anxiety, bonding difficulties, and building confidence.

A Safe Space: We provide a listening ear for specific concerns or general feelings about your new role.

Location: In-person at The Woodpecker, Walsgrove Farm (WR7 4QL).

Flexible Options: Home visits, online, or telephone support are available depending on availability.

Note: Babies up to one year old are welcome to attend with you.

Birth Reflections

Feeding and early parenting experiences can leave you feeling confused, hurt, or anxious. We offer dedicated sessions for mothers and partners to tell their stories in a supportive environment.

Important Note: This is not a clinical birth debrief or trauma treatment. If you require specialist clinical support, please consult your midwife, health visitor, or GP. We can help signpost you to these services.

Postnatal Wellbeing Support Groups

Our groups are designed for women experiencing mild-to-moderate difficulties with their emotional wellbeing. These sessions provide a community of peer support in a relaxed setting.
