Seven Week Course - Labour, Birth and Transition to Parenthood. Held The Woodpecker, Evesham Rd, WR7 4QL
Tuesdays, from 7th July 2026 - 18th Aug 2026, 19:00 - 21:00
A comprehensive 16 hour* course covering all you need to know to prepare for labour, birth, early days with your baby and becoming parents. Facilitated by experienced educators, including midwives, perinatal specialists and breastfeeding support workers. This course includes a place for both you and a partner and in addition you will receive a 10% discount off one block of pregnancy yoga, a pregnancy massage, a postnatal Reconnect & Recover Session and one postnatal course (from baby massage, baby yoga, postnatal yoga or Motherwise).

Labour and birth physiology (what happens in labour)
Coping skills
Pain relief options
Common interventions
Making informed choices
Birth place choices
Postnatal recovery
Practical baby care skills
Life with a new baby
*Postnatal meet up with your babies (2 hrs)
